Dear Boise Metro Chamber Member,
It has come to our attention that many of you may have been contacted by a map company, Riley Maps, about advertising in a Chamber map project. This is not a Chamber-sanctioned map, and we will be contacting this group to notify them to cease using our name in connection with their map project.
This company has a history in other communities of not delivering on their promises, so it would be my suggestion that you do not work with them for your advertising needs. They are also not a Chamber member.
We will be rolling out a new map this year, and work with a reputable company, Target Marketing, in this project. Unfortunately, due to the other company misrepresenting themselves as working with the Chamber, we are concerned that you will be leary when our project company does call you. We will announce the map project when it begins and encourage you to accept their calls. We anticipate beginning this project in a few weeks time.
